- List of Directors (extract from a Local Companies Register or if not applicable, an original Company Secretarys’Certificate to the same effect).
- Certified Copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association.

- Certified Copy of the Certificate of Incorporation.
- Certified Copy of the Change of Name Certificate (if applicable)
