Nordea's responsible investing approach

All funds managed internally and externally (except for funds of funds) at Nordea have their portfolio screened for companies that are in violation of international norms regarding environmental protection, human rights, labour standards and business ethics.
Nordea’s Responsible Investment (RI) strategy is based on the UNPRI principles where Hermes and/or Nordea engage in constructive dialogues with companies.
Experienced RI team which is comprised of 7 members. Sasja Beslik, head of Nordea’s RI team was recently awarded the title of Young Global Leader 2011 by the World Economic Forum.
Nordea recently launched a new generation of responsible investment “star” products. These funds are managed with an ESG evaluation which has been fully integrated in the funds’ portfolio construction.
