Many mutual funds offer more than one class of shares:

  • For example, you may have seen a fund that offers "Class A"  (distributing) and "Class B"  (accumulating) shares
  • Investors in each class will contribute to the same pool of securities that have the same investment objectives and policies.
  • But each class will have different distribution arrangements with different fees and expenses.
  • As a result, each class will likely have different performance results.

Shares currently available in the Nordea 1, SICAV are:

  • AI-Shares; distributing share class reserved for institutional investors
